Ted Romanick

Coach Romanick has been around the game of Volleyball for over 30 years.  It all began in the 1980s when he started playing beach volleyball on Long Beach Island.  In a matter of a summer, he was hooked and entered his first mens doubles tournament. Before he knew it, he was in love with the competitive game he coaches today.  For more then 12 years he played competeitve beach volleyball summer after summer.  After being a competitor on the court for so long, he decided it was time to hold the clipboard and give coaching a chance.  In 2006, Coach Romanick started coaching girls travel volleyball with the readington volleyball club.  He coached for 4 season, heading up teams for 2 years at the 12U, 1 year at the 13U, and 1 year at the 14U.  This season Coach Romanick has joined the staff at RSV, co-coaching the 14 Black Suns with Coach Rodrigues.  In addition to having lots of experience as a player and coach, he is also IMPACT certified.  RSV is happy to have Ted on board.
