Andrew Conkin

Assistant Coach 15 Black

Coach Conkin comes to RSV with a love of volleyball and thirst for high level athletes to train.  Andrew was a standout at Bridgewater High School from 2004-2007. A varisty athlete for 3 years, he was a defensive specialist on The State Championship winning team in 2005. In 2006, he played high level club for the open 17s through the Warren Six Pack Volleyball Club.  His high level club competition paid huge dividends, as he started at Setter for Bridgwater High School and led his team to a second State Championship in 2006. That season he was a 3rd team all state player for his performance as a Setter.  He finished out in 2007, again playing for Coach Cory Romanak at Bridgewater HS.  After high school, Coach Conkin continued in volleyball playing in elite beach tournaments for the next 5 years, as well as in indoor leagues.  Last year, 2012-2013, Coach Conkin was an assitant coach for the Helios Volleyball Club 14s team.  This year, he is still working with Helios, in addition to assisting with our very own 15 Black team.  Coach Conkin is originally from Bridgwater and still resides there today.
