Jump Training

Paramount to Elite Volleyball training is a weekly regiment for increasing vertical jump. While most believe you have to be tall to play volleyball, we believe you just need the work ethic. Plyometrics and strength training is proven to increase vertical jump and athleticism. While genetically, a player may have longer legs or more fast-twitch fibers than another player, we don't deny the opportunity for anyone who has work-ethic. 

Plyometric training and strength training for young athletes can be detrimental if not trained by a person with a background in exercise science or strength and conditioning. While injuries can occur, they can be drastically minimized when training with a National Stength and Conditioning Association Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS).

 Radiant Suns, Inc. has two Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists on staff. We utilize the latest training methodologies to help our athletes achieve the most regardless of their genetics.

Insist that your athlete is trained by an NSCA-CSCS.
